As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Dashy, you will work at the intersection of design, leadership, and digital entertainment. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional UX/UI experiences for our clients, while also shaping Dashy as a company, and leading our UX/UI craft.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Dashy, You will:

• Provide design leadership and guide team members through challenges across all stages of product development, from concept ideation and user research to prototyping, UI implementation, and post-launch iterations driven by user feedback.

• Design and refine intuitive user interfaces and experiences for digital entertainment products, ensuring seamless interactions and user engagement.

• Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams, including developers, producers, product managers, and stakeholders, to align design strategies with business goals and ensure successful product delivery.

• Contribute to the growth and evolution of Dashy, leveraging industry expertise to deliver innovative solutions to our clients that push the boundaries of gaming, music, and interactive media design.
  

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer, with a strong consulting mindset, who brings:

• 5+ years of UX/UI or product design experience, ideally in games, music, or interactive media.

• Skilled in wire-framing, user flows, and prototyping using Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.

• Proven ability to design intuitive, high-quality UIs across PC, mobile (iOS/Android), web, and console platforms.

• Experience designing for Unity, Unreal, or similar game engines is a strong plus.

• Deep understanding of the full design lifecycle—from research and testing to final implementation.

• Excellent collaborator across disciplines—bridging the gap between design, dev, and stakeholders.

• Passionate about interactive experiences across games, music, and immersive media.
